Covering Letter
Your full name (and pen name, if you use one)
Pronouns (optional)
Postal address, telephone number, and email address
Brief note on any past writing or advocacy experience (e.g., community workshops, trauma-informed initiatives)
Estimated word count of your complete manuscript
Book Overview
A concise synopsis (up to 500 words) that captures your story’s arc, themes, and audience
A short author bio (100–150 words), trauma-informed if relevant, highlighting why you’re uniquely suited to tell this story
